Don & Jane began their marriage in 1987 after meeting at work in Bremen, IN.The first years of their marriage Don worked in factory maintance, while still working Don started selling sewer lines for his mentor, he then went on to install sewer lines that would lead to Don starting, D.I.G. Excavating, (D.I.G. being his initials) in 1994. The Green's started small with just one excavator, a semi, trailer and determination. Jane took care of all the paperwork during this time and continued to work fulltime in her bookkeeping/office manager positions. As the business grew, equipment was added, Jane left her carreer to join Don in operating equipment, they have been a joint team now for over 20 years. With The Lord, hard work, perseverance and determination they have built a solid business in Marshall County.
